Day light savings, time convergoin for Europe

since most countries in euro land use day light savings (moving the time an hour forward or backwards to get more light out of the day) has made the time convergion rate slightly different (if your countrty uses daylight saving time you must move the time back 1 hour from the usual converagin rate to be right with the USA time) any questions plz ask!ANYONE CONGVERTING FROM THE us NOW NEEDS TO MINUS 1 HOUR FROM CONVERGION TO HAVE THE RIGHT TIME FOR SCRIMS AND GET TOGETHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS....THE USA CHANGE THEIR TIME SOON, SO WAIT AND TIME CONVERGION WILL BE THE SAME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
