Banned from EGO CSS Servers

[RPD Leon S. Kennedy]

I was banned from all the eGo Servers in CSS and it says the reason was Abusive. Here is what it said on console.
Disconnect: Kicked by Console : "STEAM_0:0:26627405 is banned from eGO servers. (Reason: Abusive) This ban is permanent. To contest this ban, visit www.edgegamers.org".

So, eGO can you please unban me? I am also sorry for what I have done that has caused the ban on me.
