I am stuck between these two
Sunbeam CR-CCTF92-4 92mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2 - Retail : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835207006
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler - Retail: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185125
As said before in the quote below I don't want the rev. 2 because the way it mounts causes it to block my RAM and blow either onto my Video Card or PSU, which is why I've linked the Freezer 64 not the rev. 2.
Anyways, I'm having a hard time choosing between the 2 linked above. It's really hard to tell which is truly better. The Freezer has MANY reviews while the Sunbeam only has 21(but they are all positive). The sunbeam has direct touch heat-pipes while the Freezer does not. The Sunbeam comes with a few accessories causing me to think they really are thinking of the customer when they packed these.
I'm trying to cool a Phenom II X3 that loads at 65-70C(Depending on room temp). Was once at 72C, Max operating temp is 73 =\.
Anyone got some light to shed on the two?

OLD QUESTION:
My MB: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=k10n78m
It can't cover my RAM(Don't think you can know by just looking at the MB, but just saying).
It must be from http://www.Newegg.com
I do NOT want this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134
I don't want one that requires installing a bracket under my MB.
I already ordered it, first came bent, RMA'd, then when I got it again it performed terribly, plus it was slightly too big and wouldn't let me put my 2nd gig of RAM in.
My MB Supports AM2+ and AM3 chips, does that mean Fans that are for AM2+ chips will work in my MB?.
Basically, I just want suggestions for decent CPU Fans, no 120MM ones, 92MM or less.
I have around $35-40.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: This seems to be the best one I can find in my price range: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835207006

Maybe can get up to 40, but no more. That one looks too big for me though.
