We do NOT have admins that "kick random guys." No matter where you're going to go on the Internet, you're going to run into trolls. The Steam Community forums are notoriously anti-eGO because anyone can post on them, and let's be honest; we've banned a LOT of people for breaking our rules. We give everyone a fair chance by warning them, then kicking them if they continue to misbehave, and then finally banning them if absolutely necessary. There is a process, and all of our admins follow it.
Besides, if you're complaining about something in public, you're very likely to say that "there was no reason/wasn't justified" to support your case, regardless of what actually happened. We have everything documented, and we only punish those who break our rules. Just because the game is rated M doesn't give you carte blanche to misbehave.
This has come up numerous times in the past in other places here, and to keep things from getting out of hand, I'm going to close this thread like the others.
