AAACK! HELP PLEASE. For some reason when i launch borderlands from steam it runs in windowed mode and i dont know how to disable this, all my other games run fine, normal except b-lands, i have windows vista64, thanks for any help.

Check to see if the launch options have -windowed. Otherwise Options -> Video -> Change Run in a Window to Full Screen

Is your copy of Borderlands a Steam copy or are you just running a regular copy through Steam?

Either way, try what Sentenced said, and if that fails you could try editing .ini files or the registry.

Or, if you don't want to do that, you can use the age old Alt+Enter to switch to full.

You could try launch options -windowed -noborder. I run that on all of my steam games. Makes alt tabbing much easier and runs smoother. Just make sure to set the aspect ratio and screen resolution so it fills your monitor.
