Alright, so I know absolutely nothing about computers and have recently started my own business and I need to find a computer. It doesn't have to be anything special. I just need to be able to search the internet fast and efficiently, email, open .pdf documents, and run quick books. I would like it to have Windows 7, and I need it to have microsoft office, and adobe. Monitor a decent size... Anyone have any recommendations on a desktop pc for a decent price that would fill my requirements?

Thanks,
Mike

I would check out sites like Dell.com or Newegg.com and see what they have in your price range.

BTW, what is your price range?
$400?
$500?
$700?

Those are just a few recommendations, i didn't search too hard so there might be better deals on sites that aren't newegg.

ok so now we can start searching more effectively.

maybe
This PC with this monitor.

That Desktop looks good for the price. I've never had a problem with HP. That monitor is also nice.

Just for something to run basic stuff Imo... you can get something for like 400 maybe or less the comp anyways not including the monitor... But something like programs like that don't require a very powerful system.. just look for one with windows 7 check around places like staples business depot assuming you have one of those where your living at... Best Buy or Future Shop might be a good bet as well.

Finding a decent setup with a monitor under $1,000 is easy. But adding in MS Office and Adobe can get expensive. Depending if you need the full MS Office Suite, and which Adobe app you need.
