internet problems

hey guys, my computer have been acting up latly, i have windows vista 32bit "sucks" but in the last 4 weeks the internet has been failing a lot it says on my computer i have internet but it wont connect to mozilla,xfire,steam or any games i have searched my computer with office scan,ccleaner,search and destroy and 1 other virus program or spyware program still it happens.. any suggestions what i could do? thanks

Try restarting your modem and/or router.

Also tell me which ISP you got, maybe I can help you out there : )

If everything else fails, do a barrelroll (read format the PC) or contact your ISP.
