Trick to taunt killing is:
1) Perfect Timing.
2) Perfect Stealth.

You either need timing, or you have already formed a 6th sense to when you can kill someone with a taunt kill.

If you're a Pyro and at full health, you see a Targe Demo charge towards you at mid distance (as in mini-crit distance or less), you can taunt and have a high chance of nailing it. Nearly unmissable if you're in a narrow corridor. Heavy taunt can miss, Sniper too, but you have to nail the stunning hit.

Sniper taunt is the easiest and fastest to do. You just need to learn the timing and read the other persons moves. As well as get close enough for the kill.

With Scout and Spy, and to a degree Medic as well, you really need to hide behind a corner and surprise your target. =[

I mentioned stealth too because a bunch of my victims are Zoom'ed Snipers and camping demos
