Not able to connect to a server.

Hello,

I was playing on the Euro server and it the connection went lost,
i wanted to go back but i wasnt able to select the server, just like UK and another one, it looks grey then, like this:

Does anybody know the reason for this or a solution?
And no its not out of my internet range becaus i live in europe too, just like the server.

Maybe because the server was passworded, and you had checked the No password filter

No if i uncheck that box i still cant select the server,
and why would eGO lock their servers? And that UK server is unable for me since 2 weeks ago.
Hard to believe they locked their UK and 24/7 HC arica harbor for 2 weeks

Yes, they did not lock them.
When a server is grayed out it means that you are not able to retrieve the connection information. It is a EA problem that some people have. Hopefully they will fix it soon!

I have this exact same problem on my history page, I found that to get those eGO servers just go to the "All Servers" tab and search "=(" and you'll get all the eGO servers, including those grayed out ones, as well as like two other random servers that start with a sadface

When in doubt, blame it on EA. then RAGE at the customer support

Just give it a bit, it might fix itself

Yes that helps, when i go to "all servers", I can join it.
But it still sucks that i can't connect trough my favorites,
lets hope EA fix this problem soon.
