The Division
TF2 is about having fun. eGO's TF2 Division has the same goal.
We pride ourselves on having as much of it as possible, even if we look little silly.
We hold different events, ranging from the insane (Monday Madness), to "vanilla" (Late Night Fight), social (Meet N' Greet), and competitive (our League, Tournaments, and PuG's).

If you want to know what's going on within the division, one of the best places to start is our Steam community page, found here.
Joining the eGO TF2 Steam group allows you to receive reminders about upcoming events, easily contact other members of the division, and receive announcements from TF2 Leadership.
All the events and meetings are listed in the calendar as well.

Click the image below to join the group.

What do we expect from you?
As eGO is a mature gaming community, we expect you as members or even as pubs to be mature, play fair but most of all.. HAVE FUN.
If you're an =(e)=™, we expect you to just have as much fun as humanly possible, as well as being a good representative for the clan.
Leave the admining to the =(eG)=™s and =(eGO)=™s, as you will eventually join the ranks of our admins.

The best anyone in eGO can do is have fun and be an active part of the community.
Participating in events, joining us on Ventrilo or IRC and making friends are just some ways to be active.

Advisors handle the day-to-day operations of the Division and deal with any problems that may arise.
In general, you should contact an Advisor first before contacting any other member of Leadership.

Advisors are responsible for:

  • Member concerns and questions.
  • Promotion questions
  • Divisional questions
  • Forum Moderation
  • Ban Requests and Contests
  • Admin Training
  • Admin Recruiting
  • Event Coordination

Advisors are also in charge of specific Divisional programs such as the Admin Trainers, Event Coordinators, and Admin Recruiting.
If you have questions about these programs, any of the Advisors should be able to help.

Division Leaders (DL's) ultimately run the division and oversee the Advisors. The work done by the Advisors has been delegated to them by the DL's.

If your question cannot be answered by an Advisor, if you cannot find an Advisor regarding an urgent problem, or if you have a problem with an Advisor, the DL's are the people to ask for help.

Division Leaders are responsible for e to eG promotions, eG to eGO nominations, granting and removing forum and admin access, and ultimately ensuring eGO Council policy is implemented and followed.

These two represent the division in the eGO Council. They are responsible for ensuring the TF2 division is running well.
They relay divisional concerns to the council and ensure eGO policy is being followed.
All policy is handed down from the Council to the Division either by them directly or by delegation through the Division Leaders.
If you're having a problem with either of the DLs, these are the people with whom to talk.
