This is a suggestion for an alternating Squad Deathmatch/Squad Rush server.

It seems that lately the servers have been lacking a bit during off-times where on average we have ~10 people playing at any given time somewhere on some server. This being said, a SqD/SqR server that rotates maps along with playstyles would seem ideal to match the population during off-time.

The details and whatnot can all be decided by the people in charge of the servers but I think it'd be great to have these playstyles around for those of us that would like it.

I know for a fact myself and my brother (brisbie) would be playing in them frequently.

Any suggestions/critiques for this would be greatly appreciated I'm sure.

My brother keeps bugging me to ask Duality about adding/changing to a Squad Deathmatch server. I just haven't gotten around to it yet

As Duality already told me, these server are made for 16 people (4vs4vs4vs4) while our servers are currently made for 32 players. That's why they won't play STDM or SR because they're only made for 16 players. But he told me that later, we'll probably have one

Thanks for the suggestion, we're testing different maps, modes, rotations ect. But as of right now we're paying for 32 slot servers so it would be a waste of money to run one of those in Squad Deathmatch because they only have 16 players (4v4v4v4).

So sit tight as we feel out what performs and what doesn't, then we'll consider alternative servers like SDM or Squad rush.
