Unlocked Medkit and Defib with no work

All of a sudden I unlocked both of those the first time I used Medic kit...

I'm kinda confused.

Yeah i have Heroes, BC1, and Modern Combat

I think if your veteran. You skip the waiting for defib and stuff.

I read this somewhere before the game was released.

If u have veteran status then u get to unlock em
