You have to select it in your options. I think its called ALT W.

Yea, it's the alternate fire specialization you can unlock that allows you to use the mini gun on the UAV

Whenever I see a bunch of snipers camping on that one rock, I just feel like spamming smoke nades on them. Or spam them with tracer darts.

even better: have 3 recons spam mortar strikes on it
