@ Metro I have already opened up the necessary ports that it tells you through steam support. I really don't know what to do at this point,,, Again any help on this matter is still greatly appreciated.

For CS:S specifically (not sure about others), you should have 27015-27020 TCP and UDP open.

Also, do you have any firewalls running?

Nah no firewalls. And yeah those are ports I already have opened. This was happening before with the beta and once I reverted back to the old steam it fixed itself. So idk

Problem Fixed. Steam support sent me an old copy of steam through my e-mail. Thanks for all the help anyway guys
