How to fix a broken ventrilo?

About a few weeks I turned on my computer and played CS:S. Afterward, I logged on ventrilo but I couldn't open it. When I double click on it it kinda flies away. Its not opening at all, and I feel bad not having a ventrilo to use. This is also happening to my Window Live Messenger, is there any way to fix this problem?

Did you recently go from 2 monitors to 1? A friend of mine had a problem where things tried to open on a second screen that was no longer connected.
