Steam update made a default change

The new Steam update made a default change that people are not aware of.
In the Settings they set everyone internet at DSL 256 K
This can cause gameplay/downloads to be slow.

To change it go to ur Steam icon, right click ur mouse and u will see Settings.
then go to DOWNLOADS look at internet settings

Hopefully this helps out some people.

actually im not sure if this would effect my current CSS problem, but lately i've just had high pings on our servers, which is devastating to try to scout with haha.
