Gaming server rentals

I am thinking about renting some dedicated servers and re rent them to gaming communities for gaming purposes, I do have some questions first the server I am looking at has these specs

?Intel Xeon 3450 (Quad Core)
?8 GB DDR Memory
?2 X 500 GB Hard Drives
?2,500 GB Bandwidth
?13 Dedicated IPs

Now with that said is there anywhere I can read up and try to understand just how many different gaming IPs will actually work, (how many DOD servers can run off of this server? That is and has always been my biggest question the rest I can deal with. Any suggestions on types of CPUS, Memory and bandwidth for the best running DOD gaming would be helpful as well.

You can probably run 2-3 DoD servers with no lagg on it, maybe more. Its quite good, would work well i think.

13 Dedicated IPs you have anywhere from 4 to 6 that you can use that box would run like 3 100Tick 500FPS hl2 Servers with no lagg we have the same box and we run 3 CSS DM's on it and it is fine
