Steam (native) client for Linux?

[w1ck3d]

OK I may be late with these news, and not sure if many of you really care, but Steam has announced a native client for Mac users and according to this source there maybe a Linux client in works as well! I love Linux and I'd be definitely switching from Winblows to Linux if this gets released

Anyways, for those who care, check it out!

They've denied it in follow-up e-mails, however.

Would be nice if it was true, though.

Maybe they'll do it once they finish steam for Mac

I hope so! It wouldn't take much to compile a Linux version. I think Mac version is coming out soon...
