[CUB4N]

i wanted to make a bind on our ventrilo server but it doesnt seem to work. maybe im doing it wrong but i've heard that servers have the ability to turn off key bindings. did eGO turn off these bindings so spammers couldn't use them or am i just doing it wrong.
