Pci-e 2.0 & 2.1

So I just noticed this as I was checking out the latest video cards. W/o going into big details like tomshardware.com likes to do, someone give me a brief review over the differences between 2.0 & 2.1? Does it seem like a worthy upgrade in the near future?

Quoting Wikipedia:

"PCI Express 2.1 supports a large proportion of the management, support, and troubleshooting systems planned to be fully implemented in PCI Express 3.0. However, the speed is the same as PCI Express 2.0."

Just some small changes, there's no real difference.
