Experiencing Spawn lag? Try this!

Lately I have been getting a strange burst of lag whenever I would spawn in BC2. When "Enter Battle" was pressed, there was a 5 second delay. I decided to check other forums to find a solution, and I finally found one.

Tested on AVG, Windows 7. Works for me

Not exactly sticky worthy but maybe add to the performance guide so there isn't a new thread every 3 weeks?
