Help with a UI/script?

I'm working on my 6v6 UI. I saw a screenshot with all 12 players displayed at the top of the screen, with small class icons and their own health bars. Anyone know/can link it?

I think thats simply a feature of Tournament mode, but I'm not sure

Is Tournament mode a player or server decision?

Tournament mode is a server based decision and variable. The default tournament HUD does not show each of the players' health and class. There are a number of custom HUD's which do that.

Personally, when I play in tournament mode (aka competitively - if you want to call it that), I prefer minimal HUD with only the bare minimum - yet critical - information on the screen.

I believe it does when you are dead and spectating, but not during normal play.
