So i turned my pc on the other day and it started up fine, but when i started up a game, it would go into, something similiar to sleep mode and it wont turn back on.

Sometimes it would shut off completely.

I dont think it could be a overheating problem as i have monitored the heat and it would be perfect temp before i start the game.

Possibly a bugged game or virus, do a virus check and then im not entirely sure what else, lol. Hope this helps

how much ram do U have ? I used to had that problem that my comp would turn off when launching a simple game like cod. I upgraded to 4gb ram. and now, the problem is fixed.

pull the side panel off and look at your mobo - check all the capacitors, looking for orange/tan discoloration around the CPU area. also look for swelling. Swelling can/will cause very slow loading and shutdowns
