Connection Problems

I just got Team Fortress 2 and for whatever reason, I can't play for more than a few minutes before I get auto booted and it says there was a connection problem. Before, when I did the free weekend deals, there was no problem, so what's up now?

Hmm, my first instinct is to make sure TF2 and Steam are listed as exceptions through all your firewalls and Anti-Virus software, if that doesn't work post back here and I have a couple other things you could try. Although, could you give us the exact message you get when you get disconnected?
