CS:S- Kicked for command spamming help?

Alright, well I thought this was a common issue, but I did a forum search for it and nothing came up, so here I am.

Well, lately ive been getting kicked for command spamming, its only happened on the Jail servers but those are the only servers ive played ever since the problem started so im not sure if it will happen in others aswell, here is what it says in my console:

Disconnect: You have been kicked for Command Spamming

Its happened twice today and happened yesterday and ive seen other people get kicked for it but it seems its starting to happen more and more to me and im wondering if theres anything I can do to fix it. Although others *cough legend,cryptex cough* seem to get a good laugh out of it, I want to try to fix it.

I thought that this being spammed in my console OVER and OVER might have something to do with it, but it seems other people get this spam aswell so i dont think its that.

If you have any idea what could be causing this problem, please post. Just dont say "Reinstall CS:S" or "Reinstall Steam" as im looking for a real fix, and reinstalling is my last resort. Thanks -Dan

I dont know if this is your problem but i have a G15 keyboard and sometimes when i hit my G keys by accident it "spamms" the server with commands and I get kicked for command spamming. If this isint it idk what it is...

Our servers have KAC installed. If you try to send more than 20 commands in one second it will kick you. Check your binds and make sure they have wait; in between each commands to prevent server overload.

20 commands, 1 second. theres no way im doing that. Since I dont use binds other then admin menu, sm_who and status.

Could it have something to do with the sv_nostats that spams in my console? Apparantly it spams for everyones console too but thats all i can think of that could be kicking me.

EDIT: i figured out whats causing it, My jump is set for mouse wheel down.. so when I roll it down, I guess it spams jump a LOT more than I need it to be. SO How can I make it mwheeldown still jumps but waits before it tries again?
