For some reason, i have been having extremely bad ping lately. When i join a game, my ping will go up to 400, then will go back down and repeat itself through the whole game. I have no idea what is wrong with it. I have reset my router, even my modem a few times and it still isn't working properly. Anyone might know what is wrong with it?

I've noticed since the update when I open CSS and join a server (say Highschool in this case), I have such massive horrid lag like 250 latency but it feels like 1000 when I usually have around 50s
What I noticed was that my Find Servers>Internet tab was looking for games. As soon as I hit Stop Refresh, all the lag went away.
