BC2 CTD Help pls

Hi guys, here its my problem when i playing bc2 i always get ctd (crash to desktop) i dont know what to do i tried every thing, update vc drivers, renamed the bfbc2Game to bfbc2Game+fullproc, i changed the windows theme to basic i installed reinstalled, i have my onboard sound card desablei have tried every optoins that i found in internet.
(srry about my english im trying hard to get better)

CPU: DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2700 MHz (13.5 x 200) 5200+
3gb RAM ddr2
VC: nvidia 9600gt ddr3 512
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits
Sound: using a USB headset logitech

have you tried running it as administrator? Right click it and go to properties and i think its in compatibility that it asks if you want to run as admin. (im on a different PC that uses XP right now as i write this) So try that and see if it works. Also check Google and see if anyone else has had the same problem.

hi nightmare i tried runing it as admin i read every post on internet and EA forum and try all posible fix to this problem and nothing works. I dont know what else to do, im frustrated with this game
