Phobus, why not just get a H50 or ECO and PM it to 65$?
ECO for exaust airflow cooling.
Eh, the H50 is more expensive and performs about the same, and the ECO has a short lifespan. A lot shorter than the H50 or A70.
1I personally don't think you need anything besides the built in heatsinks that come on your parts and with your case.. 2Also the HAF 932 is overkill in my opinion and barely worth it. 3Now I may understand the cooler with two Fermis due to the heat the produce over a 5870 but still.. If you want to consider my build do so, yada yada. Cheaper. if you wanted it slightly upgraded to ~$1500 and with a monitor/keyboard/mouse i could do that. figured thats something you'd want to do.
I Also recommend you read this guide, it will help you build a balanced PC for the price you want and it shouldn't be overkill for one part and not the other. read the whole thing, and remember you shouldn't invest all your money in one person's opinion.

1. The stock Intel heatsink suck a lot. You'd be better off buying a cheap little one than sticking with stock.
2. The 932 is definitely not overkill, and I picked the 922. But you buy those cases for the features and the airflow, which are both superb.
3. The aren't the GF100 GPU's. They run much cooler. About the same temps as the RV870 GPU's, actually. Max load temp for a stress test that a review got was 65C, I believe. True, with two, it would increase temps, but not by more than 10C max.
Also, your build pic is way to small to see. I have no idea what it is. -.-
