I basically want to stop getting e-mails about PM's, is there a way to set it so i wont be sent one?
How can i set it to stop getting e-mails when i get a PM>

The way myself and every other member of the forums wishes it was, but to our displeasure it is not?

We have pleaded our case a few times and they were going to look into it - the system doesnt allow for it naturally and someoen posted an addon to fix the problem. they were supposed ot get back to us.
For now, the onyl ting you can do is change your email address to a fake one and the email will go there instead. I say, we should all change our email to whatever JohnT's email is - it would onyl take baout 4 seconds before it got fixed because when he wants somehting done it happens 2 seconds later.

It is annoying enough that I am considering doing it too, because OMG it is so annoying. It probably wouldnt even be so bad if they came at the same time, but like, I will get 1 PM today, 2 PM's tomarrow, and 3 PM's the day after that. In like 5 days In 5 days I will start to get emails telling me about the PM's I got 4 days ago. It's sooooo annoying.
But seriousely, dont use someone else email - I will get int trouble for mentioning it. It was a joke.

tell ur email to send them to spam or have it block or deny email from edge then, if its that much of a problem
You could click SETTINGS (just above LOGOUT) and remove your email address..... or just as someone says, block the eGO domain in gmail, hotmail or whatever you use.
....however that means you won't get info on PMs from -anybody-.

whats really annoying is I check here daily and my email weekly, so I'll have 5 emails about PM's I've already seen.
