Running BC2

Hey guys, I saw Battlefield bad company 2 on sale so I bought it. Anyway, I know that my system will barely run the game. I have a Dell XPS case, and my plan is to upgrade my Graphics card, and my power supply. Is this action recommended or should I wait and buy a whole new PC?

Specs: intel core 2 duo @ 1.8Ghz
GPU: ati x1300 pro
PSU: 400watt i think.
RAM: 2gb ddr2

I would recommend waiting until you get a new pc. Your current specs will not be able to play BFBC2 on all low settings. I'd recommend asking Phobus for a build. He is fairly good and will probably get you what you need/want for your budget.
