Vista is suppost to use 256MB of RAM sadly that's a bug they haven't fixed yet and it's actually a fluxuation between 512MB of RAM to about 800MB of RAM, I've basically watched it myself since I had much time on hand

I am a vista user currently, which came with my computer. Vista has not bothered me, with any problems and is simply a program that does it's job. My brother the other day told me that Vista is going to get upgraded automatically, so it will work faster. Many times Vista will upgrade itself. But really Vista is not a bad program and the only people that hate it are the ones who care too much of their computers. Get Vista if you have a decent computer, if you don't wanna get it, then don't. I hope that answers your question.
