For those of you wondering what the syringe does, its just a "lower-tech" version of the defibrillator to revive teammates. Direct current defibriallators have been around since 1961 but the more portable versions weren't common until the early 1980s.

Looks like it's a direct multiplayer expansion. Hopefully it'll integrate with the current stuff. They already have the Thompson and M1 Garand there. No reason why it wouldn't just seamlessly flow together.
