Well, Ive seen this done before, and wondering if people would be down.

You Basically Put your name down, and in 2 weeks, Il draw for a hat from my backpack

THe entry fee is 1 scrap, and if I get enough people, then Il go do it. IF THE RAFFLE DOESNT GO THROUGH, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR SCRAP BACK!!!
