Guys really it's not super difficult to become a eG or eGO.
1. Play the game in a mature manner.
2. Get to know the leadership in your division.
3. Contribute with posts in the forums.
4. Help others out when you can.
5. Show up to meetings / roll calls / events

These are simple things to do and you will most certainly get noticed by leadership.
You will be an eGO before you know it.

6. HAVE FUN! If you aren't having fun in what you are doing, then you probably shouldn't be doing it at all.
