If someone were to re-make it then it would have to be our resident Rogue Sniper, because we all know that if there is a map in a source game, then Rogue Sniper made it.

-Certainly, one of the most creative maps I've ever played. I'm sure there were lots of problems with the map, like jump ropes, disco spawn, cannon, etc... but it was a creative and fun map to play.

I'm no mapper, but I guess the optimization wasn't that great, causing it to lag and give people low FPS. Whenever I played Leobeon, it gave me around 20-30 FPS and I don't even have a great computer.

The only problem I have with the map is its way too big. If portals (like grand_marble) were created for shortcuts to each area, it would be perfect. Rather than, taking 1 minute for T's to shift walk to the pool from cell block.
Basically, I wish someone would remake this map and optimize it so everyone can play.

I would like to see Leoben returning to the rotation, I agree with the points about it being fun, but also a bit laggy.

I understand that map making is a huge commitment in terms of time, so I don't expect it to happen anytime soon.

Phase - perhaps hold a vote in the map-making forum or CS:S divisional forums for the most popular features, then eliminate the ones which aren't as popular? Maybe limit everybody to voting for their personal top 5 features or something like that. I speak for myself only when I say that I don't think boat wars added too much in terms of a Jail map. Creative, original yes.. but not worth it for a Jail map that's already loaded with tons of other fun things to do.

I think what makes a good map is stuff that other maps don't have. So IMO that was a good, but fail at times, feature.
