.9 kb/s download speeds?

[BokkChoi]

This is very odd, every time I try to download something from the internet, like freeware or whatever, I experience extremely slow download speeds, however my explorer hops through pages like they are nothing. This just started happening in the past few weeks. Normally I could get almost 1 mb/s download speeds, but something is crippling my speeds by ,what, 1000 times? Halp meh?

Never mind, I just found out that the mirror I was using was in the middle of Russia. On the other side of the planet.

In Soviet Russia, freeware downloads YOU!
