I have been trying to use the xsplit program to livestream and whenever I try my bit rate seems to be high 300 kb/s to low 50 kb/s. Causing the stream itself to lag. I tested my connection on speedtest.net a few times and accross the US it seems to remain at a stable 4.5 mb/s upload rate. Can I do anything to help me stream with no lag or is there no hope?
