Teemo's autoattacks scale with AP. Build Malady and Nashor's Tooth along with your deathcap/hourglass and shred people with auto attacks while your shrooms and dart actually do damage. There is no good reason to build Teemo AD.

yup, and the new way his shrooms are its pretty easy to drop 3 in a team fight and have at least 2 go off
they are also a great team fight initiator - soon as somebody hits a shroom they are slowed unbelievably (especially with a rylais) and now your team can jump on them

Anivia, End of discussion

Anivia is good, don't get me wrong, but she's way too squishy. Although she has a lot of slows, all teemo has to do is outrun the enemy and make them run into shrooms. That's easier.

kog'maw can tear you a new hole when you're not looking though, and a free clairvoyance.... but i guess we're talking solo queue so i'd go ashe or trist
