Robotic For Warden 0_0 ?

So I was thinking for some time about why it's so hard for one person to
become warden? First I hear the first person to type it in team chat gets it
and then the next I hear you must be recommended by the team. This
is very confusing and it seems only the admins or the most talkative
people get warden at times.

If there is a more simple way to get warden
other then spam your mic and give people buffer overflows, plz comment.

When I am on CT, I am usually the one giving out the warden. Once everyone has asked, I tell everyone to stop talking, and I then choose the first CT who said it (I pay attention to that) I give warden.

The best way of getting warden is not screaming in your mic "HEY GUS CAN I BE THE WARDEN, PL0x?!?!?!"
I will always pick the ones that ask in team chat, no matter what

He/she will arrange something if appropriate.

Like Mayhem, I try to give everyone warden then I take it after I made sure everyone had a chance (excluding other admins [we must fight amongst ourselves ]). But every time I try to give it out someone keeps telling me to be warden . One thing that might work is "Hey guys it's time for you to listen to something real quick. I am warden, thank and good day sirs." If they try anything say "I said good day sir!!!!"

Theres an easy way of doing it even though it never works. If youve been warden already in the map, keep your mouth shut at the start of the round and let the people that havent been warden be warden. Eventually it will get to the point were everyone is quiet at the start of the round and you can cycle though wardens again. Even if theyre a bad warden, theyll never get better if they dont practice. Sharing is caring!
