I Need A Doctor

talk about nas or ghostface, holla

Listening to It was Written right now. Love me some Nas.

Rewind (from Stillmatic) is the coolest concept ever. He raps backwards.

and from It Was Written he raps from the prospective of a handgun.

It's alright. Video isn't really groundbreaking or anything, but the song isn't bad I guess.

If you think Em, B.o.B, and T.I are the only good people putting out good rap, you're screwed up, NOW IM JUST GUESSIN but you prolly just liked BoB and TI since they both did a song with Em, and you had no idea who BoB was till he came out with the adventures of bobby ray. Sure eminem is really good, but there are so many other amazing artists out there, you're really just scratching the surface of a unique, amazing, and really outstanding genre of music that is ten times deeper and realer then most music out there. Jay-Z, Drake, Kanye, Cudi, Mac Miller, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, They are all amazing. Do you even like Biggie or 2pac? If you think they didnt have good stuff you need some brushing up on your material man.

Woah Woah WOah. Big and 2pac are the greatest ever. Minaj sounds like a man, Jay Z is a better buisness man then a rapper, some good songs although. Kanye is good. Drake should go back to Degrassi. Never really listened to Cudi, Mac, and Rick.

Well from your post you said the only good people putting stuff out right now is Em, TI, and BoB... So you should prolly edit that so every other rap liker in eGO wont rage at you as well :p. Drakes really awesome, The fact that a female rapper is one of the biggest names out there today is amazing (She broke the record for the most features in songs that are in the billboard top 100 i think, she had like 9 at one time.), Jay-Z is freaking Jay-Z, he can spit it fast, slow, and everything in between, the emotion and feeling he puts into all his songs is amazing, and his story truly is the American dream. He was born and raised in Marcy, he was dealing Coke when he was like 13, and he was dirt poor. And now he is one of the most successful rappers ever. And when ya get the chance you should really check out Cudi and Rick, they are really good.

I've started to become a lot more distant to rap than I used to be. Mostly because of this type of stuff that artists are putting out. This is Dre we're talking about! Creator of the G-Funk (if you dont know what that is, please listen to Snoop Doggs, Doggy Style).

So it pains me to see a guy who has been so fundamental in the growth of rap to take a step back and follow the status quo. Fundamentally there is no difference between this song and 90% of other hip-hop on the radio and in the Top 40. Dre was an innovator, now he's producing relatively simple instrumental beats.

This song is Love the Way you Lie version 3.0. Instrumental beat of which is anchored by simple piano and a woman singing a catchy hook. You can call me pretentious or pompous but I am seriously becoming tired of top 40 garbage.

Dre, bring me back some G-Funk! Please for the sake of Hip-Hop.

1. Eminem, The man is a lyrical genius you cant deny it.
2. Dr.Dre, He is also a great lyricist, a great beat maker, and a great producer
3. Big, I love it when you call me Big Poppa.
4. Jay Z, I've got 99 problems.
5. Ludacris/Snoop Dog Luda:Even if HIS songs arent great, he has some of the best flows on other people's tracks. (Including Bieber.)/ Snoop: Snoop is another Dre prodigy; has great flow and is good at writing. (These two tie for me)
