Can anyone tell me how to pull up my fps in DoD. Im not lagging but it seems my fps is dropping way low when I get near an enemy so I wanted to check it. And yes I know it is not f10.

HA this is exactly why I hate answering questions on forums sometimes but it PERFECTLY makes an example of why I always ask 120834u23589y30496 questions while i help them.
The first step in helping someone is understanding them.
He isnt looking to "pull up" his FPS as in raise the value, he wants to "pull up" as in view. People need to be clear when asking for help otherwise we cant help you. (wasnt a rant at deets but at the public)
in the consol type "net_graph 1" or "net_graph 2" or "net_graph 3". Once the text is up, use "net_graph_pos" to change it's location on the screen to be out of your way. I use pos 2 myself

cl_showfps 1 also works but it shows up in the upper right hand corner and is just fps, net_graph does work a lot better

Yeah, it had been a really long day of fixing about 20 different PCs. And it was still early.
Little about myself: I've been doing computer support and networking for around 12 years now as my job. And not to put too fine a point on it: I'm very good at my job. I've forgotten more about PCs than most people ever learn. If anyone has any tech questions I'll help in any way I can. And I promise to read more carefully from now on.

no man, you didnt read too hap hazardly or anyting - its that people who ask for help arent as clear as they often need to be. Dont worry about it, and this forum is definately the place to be if you want to help people.
