So i Just got a thunderbolt.

My Mobile hotspot is free, but verizon doesn't know that

Depends on the phone on verizon, for my incredible you are supossed to pay for it.... But I rooted it last night! hmm I'm tempted to get the warm z or whatever rom that emulates Sense 2.0 basically. Anyone have any suggestion for ROMS?

I personally like Cyanogen Mod.

Yea, on my droid 1, i would wifi tether for free, but it was hella flaky, the official app is much smoother

cool.

Somewhere i thought i heard that you had to pay for it. Guess i was wrong.

Sprint doesn't know I have mobile hotspot, it's called root access son.

I know what root access is.....

I had my droid 1 rooted just so i could have mobile hotspot, but it is nice having a working official app too.

Also TB has signed bootloader, recovery, etc, so it is prety hard to root.
