Why did you join the EGO / BC2 Division?

pshh people getting offered cookies and candy. All I was offered was the opportunity of a 5 second head start before my tags were taken.

Just kidding, our servers are the bomb. We're always pretty much fully populated at peak hours(and even some non peak chunks). Having admins on hand consistently and regularly kept the game from taking a nasty turn due to one person. It's a totally massive site + forum. Probably the first clan I've seen to have a t-shirt/apparel store . It's not as much of a clan, as it is a very seriously well organized community with a simple chain of command.

Why did I join to BC2 division? Because of the ppl I got to know in here and play with, and we're the most elite players of course!

The thing that caught my attention was when I was first playing on an eGO server, there actually were admins on. They made themselves known, and they enforced the rules. No swearing is a very hard rule to enforce, but they managed to keep things under control. RoffleWaffle shot out in chat saying "anyone interested in joining eGO" and I said sure.

I like large clans that are organized and active and have either a rank system or some sort of chain of command. eGO was perfect.

And I joined BC2 division because that is the only game I play religiously.

I first discovered eGO a couple years ago when I played TF2, I played on the eGO server every day. Until I got sick of TF2. I bought BC2 browsed some servers and saw eGO here too, so I started playing on eGO pretty constantly. One day LiquidRider joined and we took out a few objectives pretty nicely. He asked me to join and tada I am here.

I started in edge, in DoD, and when that became unfun, I left edge, because there was no real support for the games that I wanted to play. Now that I am back, I am in a home that I like, and will support endlessly.

That is why I am here, the games, the people, the brotherhood..

Edge is the most caring, respectful, clean, and decent orginization throughout all of DOD.

That is one reason why I joint edgegamers. Like to Add to that to many servers with young kids being admin power hungry. Edgegamers Organization is like logo says "Mature World Gaming Community" and I am proud to be part of a this great Orginization.

Edge is the most caring, respectful, clean, and decent orginization throughout all of DOD.

That is correct and that is what makes this Orginization stands out different then any other Orginizations Round!!

I've got to admit I've been very impressed with the admin enforcement in all BC2 servers as of late. I know I'm an admin so I'm not trying to toot my own horn, but even the =e='s have stepped up and warned individuals when the rules are broken which is always a great thing. So even props to you =e='s and thank you. :thumbup:

My first division I joined was Team Fortress 2, a little over 2 years ago. 2fort just happened to be my first server on TF2, and it happened to be eGO's.

I got interested and joined. Switched to BC2 division because Battlefield is all I am playing, and will be playing (Battlefield 3)

I was playing on regular conquest and someone said I should join since I logged onto vent anyway. I read about eGO and found their ideals are the ones I try to follow myself.

Well I originally joined the DoDs division, but I eventually quit playing DoDs because I was playing BC2 so I moved to the BC2 div. I also enjoy the fact that there isnt much drama, and everyone is helpful, oh and the fact that eGO is a LLC is cool too.

Well... I joined eGO because some guy that's obsessed with sharp things... tell me too <- that's not the true but sounds good! =P

The real reason:
I used to play TF2 and mostly of the time in our servers, but I don't know why I never joined, when BC2 was release I just play in random servers until I found eGO servers, and I started to play as regular (at the time we got more than 3 servers -_-', we don't have more servers because of the guy who's sharping knifes), anyway I joined on 05/12/2010 since then some guys left, other still here we are a family always trying to have a good time (even if we rage in vent! )

And I agree with Vertago... we should have a Conquest rotation server!

I joined eGO because I was sick and tired of crappy servers with hackers, griefers, and cussing/namecalling the other players every time someone got shot by someone that was a better player than them. My friend IRL eGO Dirt_Nap told me about eGO and I started playing with him on eGO servers in DOD:S and really enjoyed the games I played there. It was refreshing to finally be able to just play and relax and not put up with people's BS for a change. When the Orange Box came out I bought it and decided I wanted to join eGO's TF2 division and play on their servers. Had a great time playing with everyone and got my "G" added to my name. My cousin then got me into WoW and I didn't really do anything with eGO for awhile because WoW was the only game I was playing and eGO didn't support it at the time. I have recently quit WoW and am playing TF 2 a lot again.

When BF BC 2 came out I saw that we had a division to support it and decided that should be my main division in eGO since that was my primary game of choice ever since it came out. It's a great group of people and has a lot of potential. I hope to be a big part of it's growth and do my part in keeping our servers clean and fun to play on for everyone. Oh, and when I stab you guys in the back it's nothing personal.... I hope you know that. >;O)
