trouble getting game started

i bought if off steam but when i try to play it acts like its gonna come up and start then comes up witha message saying my code etc etc then closes before i can see anything else tried re-downloading it too idk whats wrong D:

Courtney, sounds like a steam issue. I would submit a ticket to their support site looking for additional help. If a reinstallation didn't do anything to help, I think they are your best bet.
