Steam Games aren't working correctly!

My steam games such as CS:S, Garry's Mod, Terraria, etc... are not working in a way as, when i join a server they freeze at the last 4 or so loading blocks on Sending Client Info. Basically, i cant play online on most my games, i have still yet to try the others if they work online, but the listed ones above dont work online.
Single-player is fine.
i have tried deleting all game content and restarting my computer and game multiple times. i really cant figure this one out.
ill check with steam too, but thats (as usual) a wrestle.
please respond as fast as possible!

If you contact steam support with a ticket they can usually get the job done for you. They're good at that. But that's odd. Maybe verifying your game caches?
