I recently moved to the Oregon Coast, I had broadband in previous address and at present, both high speed Cable. I had none of the problems I have now in previous address. I have done the following since I moved updated Nvidia display drivers, ran test on both video cards. Both Cards are running cool no heating, overclocking etc, I have 2 gigs ram.
When I set up and started playing at new address FPS was ok not good but ok, I did notice that the K/s in was way higher than K/s out like 12-13 ks in and 1.9 to 3.5 out. Then the FPS fell thru the floor now at rest I am at 20-36 fps but when I move in game or fight in game it is 9-14 fps.
