my game is not working. :(

hey guys im not going to be playing in awhile because my CS:S game is not working! when you say find severs it does not pull anything up! I have tryed everything and it still does not work so im going to call customer service but until then i will not be on. have any of you experienced this same thing? if so plez tell!

I haven't experienced this problem, but are you able to see the servers through your Steam Client?

Open Steam Client > View > Servers > Change Filters > Counter-Strike: Source > Refresh

If you see servers pop up there, then you can connect. Not sure how to make it work in game though.

Do you have filters enabled so that you can't see any servers? Check if your firewall is blocking connections. Technically the masterserver sends you loads of server IPs in a single UDP packet... then followed by next UDP packets if all servers didn't fit in the first packet. Then your game starts querying all those servers for game info.

Check your moden + firewall and try re-installing CS:S.
