Invented a new drinking game....

my friend had a big weekend shin dig at his parents house since they were out of town in colorado... Anyway... They recently bought 20 chickens so they could start having their own free ranged eggs... So basically us being a bunch of drunk guys thought it was only logical to play who can catch a chicken first and then shotgun a beer. To say the least, us being a bunch of city boys not realizing how fast the dang things are spent about 45 mins not catching crap and then ultimately having to drink warm beer and almost throw up...

Ultimately we decided who finished their warm beer last would go down to the store and buy some chicken wings and then come back so we could eat the chicken in front of the chickens to make us feel better.

that was basically my saturday in a nut shell!

we went to the lake to watch the fireworks, but we gotten so bored we went earlier that was planned so we went swimming from like 2P.M till 9P.M, we went around the 3 mile like 6 times and flipped the canoe so much that i'm covered in bruises. lol. it was SUUUPPPER fun! i was too tired to stay awake for the fireworks though. lol.

A not-so-funny story...

I forgot it was the 4th of July until i woke up on the 5th of July :mellow:

Had about 12 rounds of intense volleyball, watched an awesome fireworks show, got stuck in traffic 15 minutes at a small intersection, then hit the hay.

As for I, beach = fireworks and good food, no drinking games for me this year gotta stay clean . But I would love to play some volleyball even though i live here in cali not many ppl play it

We went to Missouri to visit my sister-in-law and brother-in-law. Kids stayed in the pool pretty much the entire time the weather let them. Watched the fireworks that Whiteman Air Force Base put up Friday night, then put up with their neighbors shooting fireworks the rest of the weekend. Drove home on the 4th, and got to watch fireworks driving back into Fort Worth.
