I just bought this headset about 2 months ago and its been working fine for about 1.25 of the time. The rest of the time, it doens't play sound through the headset and just out thru the speakers. I haven't contacted support yet, but I hope there is something I can do before warranty kicks in.
Logitech H330 problems.

If the headset has shown signs of problems and you've tested it out on another computer, it must be headset. Since it sounds like it's under warranty, I'd suggest you getting it replaced.
