Pretty sure it's impossible to find a hat. You have to either craft it from Ref's, buy a key and open a crate, or trade metal for one.

I wouldn't say "impossible" because I've found 4x hats in 2 months of TF2 gaming. My fellow friends have also gotten a lot of hats within a few months of gaming, it isn't that hard. Just luck at the end.

Yea it's worth that much, but getting someone to drop money on it is pretty tough . Burning Flames is the highest wanted effect, that's why it is so much. Also it has an OP set passive with its item set.
